Kangana Ranaut is yet again the talk of the tinsel town. The Bollywood actress is gearing up to portray Indira Gandhi in her upcoming film Emergency. The movie also marks Kangana's second directorial after Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. However, as per the latest reports, Congress has objected to the actress’s portrayal of the former Prime Minister of India.
According to the latest report on E-Times, the makers of Emergency have been asked by the political party to show them the complete film before its release.
Meanwhile, according to the news portal's report, the Bharatiya Janata Party reportedly said that Congress objected to the film because they are nervous. Sangeeta Sharma, Vice-president of Madhya Pradesh Congress Media Department, even went on to refer to Kangana Ranaut as an agent of the BJP
On Monday, the diva shared the BTS video from the sets of Emergency as the first schedule of shoot commenced for the film. In the behind-the-scenes video, Kangana can be seen praying to God before starting the filming. A few glimpses of the set are also visible in the latest montage.
She shared the clip on her official Instagram handle and captioned it, "Here is the making of the first look of my directorial movie Emergency, the first look took the nation by storm … thanks to my incredible team, every day is a dream come true … I have some of the best people in the world… Go team Emergency (sic)."
