Engineering Girls Barkha Singh and Kritika Avasthi had a blast during the shoot for the web series

The fun-filled entertainment show Engineering Girls is back with another season. The show features Barkha Singh, Sejal Kumar and Kritika Avasthi in pivotal roles and their chemistry was absolutely loved by the fans. They are eagerly waiting for the new season of the show to drop.

In an interview with TellyChakkar, Barkha revealed that it was beyond great collaborating with an amazing bunch of talented people again and the whole process of shooting did not feel like working at all, instead it was fun. Actress Kritika Avasthi added that shooting for the series helped create a beautiful bond among the cast and crew members and the whole process was executed smoothly. Talking about essaying the role of an engineering student in the web series, the actress said that the show brought back a lot of memories from her own college life and assured the audience that even they will reminisce about their college days as it is very relatable.

Barkha Singh agreed with Kritika and recalled her nickname at college. She said she was called a ‘drama queen’ and ‘the topper’ by her friends while she was pursuing a degree in mass media at St Xavier’s Mumbai. Whereas Kritika said she was addressed as ‘The Fighter’ for always fighting for her buddies.

Both of them stated that the web series is the journey of three students who discover themselves during their college life and that the show conveys how life is very unpredictable and one has to know themselves and find their own paths in life.

The web series Engineering Girls 2.0 will release on August 27 on Zee5.
