Ennu Swantham Punyalan: Anaswara Rajan confirms Arjun Ashokan-starrer film to hit theatres in January 2025

Anaswara Rajan, who was part of several interesting films last year, has several exciting projects lined up for 2025 as well. The young actress is joining hands with her Super Sharanya co-star Arjun Ashokan for Ennu Swantham Punyalan, which also features Balu Varghese in a prominent role. Anaswara recently confirmed that the film will hit theatres next year.

Anaswara Rajan on Ennu Swantham Punyalan release

Anaswara Rajan recently took to her Instagram handle and shared the second-look poster of the film, Ennu Swantham Punyalan. The poster, featuring the three lead stars Arjun Ashokan, Anaswara, and Balu Varghese in quirky looks, also confirmed that the film will hit cinemas worldwide in January 2025. However, the exact release date was not revealed.

The film is helmed by Mahesh Madhu, marking his directorial debut, while the screenplay is by Samji M Antony. The cast also includes Althaf Salim, Renji Panicker, and Baiju Santhosh.

The Malayalam film is produced by Ligo John under the banner of Truth Seeker’s Movie Productions. The movie will also be dubbed in Tamil. In the comments section of Anaswara’s post, some netizens urged makers to release the Hindi and Telugu versions as well.

Anaswara’s upcoming films

Anaswara Rajan will also be seen in Painkili, which is led by Sajin Gopu of Aavesham fame.  Notably, the movie is penned by Jithu Madhavan, who helmed the blockbuster Aavesham starring Fahadh Faasil. The film is set to release on Valentine’s Day next year. She also has Mr & Mrs Bachelor with Indrajith, and Rekhachithram, starring Asif Ali, in her kitty.

Meanwhile, Arjun Ashokan's Bromance, directed by Helmed by Arun D Jose of Jo and Jo fame, is scheduled for release on February 14 next year. Another upcoming film of the actor is Sumathi Valavu.

Super Sharanya on OTT

Meanwhile, Anaswara and Arjun Ashokan earlier starred in Super Sharanya, which was helmed by Girish AD. The coming-of-age film narrates the tale of a small-town girl Sharanya (played by Anaswara) who joins an engineering college.
