Euphoria, the 2026 Telugu social crime drama film which stars Bhumika Chawla, Sara Arjun, and others, is currently running in theatres. Directed by filmmaker Gunasekhar, Euphoria revolves around the crime culture prevailing among youngsters. Euphoria box office collection: How much did the film make on day 1?

Euphoria is a recently released Telugu film. It hit theatres on February 6 and has opened to decent reviews. The film revolves around an assault and the aftermath to it, exploring the themes of parenting and crime culture among youth.

As per Sacnilk report, Euphoria has made Rs 77 lakh on first day at the box office worldwide. This is far less, and not even 1/5th of what director Gunasekhar's previous film Shaakuntalam had made on its day 1. The Samantha-starrer mythical drama which released in 2023 had made Rs 5 crore, even as the film ended up performing average. However, with the weekend, and socially-responsible content in Euphoria are expected to help perform the film better.

Euphoria is written, directed by filmmaker Gunasekhar, who returned to direction after three years. Dhurandhar-fame Sara Arjun makes her Telugu debut with Euphoria even as she earlier had appeared as child artiste in the 2015 film Dagudumootha Dandakor. With a runtime of two hours and 30 minutes, Euphoria is about a group of boys who assault a young girl. When they are subsequently punished and sent to juvenile jail, one of them changes for bad, as the film talks about the importance of parenting.
