“Every Loki has their time” - Marvel drops Loki mid-season sneak peek

Marvel Entertainment has just released a midseason sneak peek for their hit Disney+ series, Loki. The video gives us some highlights and key moments from the previous episodes while also giving us a glimpse of what the next three episodes have in line for fans of the ‘God of Mischief.’ The remaining episodes will be released soon (including episode 4 on June 30).

MCU’s Disney+ original web series, Loki, features the ‘God of Mischief’ (played by Tom Hiddleston) in a series of events after being arrested by the Time Variance Authority following his escape in Avengers: Endgame. The Time Variane Authority (TVA) is a bureaucratic organisation that exists beyond time and space while Loki is arrested by the TVA for damaging the space-time continuum. As a punishment, Loki must work for the TVA to fix the timeline and reality that he broke by using the Tesseract. If he is not willing to face this punishment, Loki will be deleted from existence.

Apart from Tom Hiddleston, who has been playing the role of Loki since the 2011 movie Thor, the series also features Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sasha Lane, Wunmi Mosaku, Owen Wilson, Cailey Fleming and Richard Grant.

Kate Herron is the executive producer and director of Loki, while the screenplay for the series is written by Micheal Waldron (Rick and Morty). Waldron will also be working on the upcoming Marvel movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Reportedly, Loki’s storyline will tie into the story of this upcoming Doctor Strange movie.
