After the release of RRR, it is a known fact that Rajamouli will team up with superstar Mahesh Babu for an action-adventure drama. He is busy scripting this film and has started the pre-production work for it. Well, we have come to know a very juicy update about the film's shoot.
We at OTTplay have exclusively come to know that the shooting of the film will kick off in the prestigious Ramoji Film City (RFC), Hyderabad. The news is also that a massive set will be built in RFC for the same. The makers are investing close to Rs 100 crore in this set and a chunk of the shoot will take place there.
Apart from this, Rajamouli has already finalised a few foreign locations in Africa and Europe for the shoot. Mahesh Babu will be heading to the US to ring in the New Year and he will be back on January 5, 2024. He will start promoting his new film, Guntur Kaaram, which releases on January 12, and once he is done with it, he will join the team for the reading sessions, as per the reports.
Rajamouli is keen to take the film to the sets in the second half of 2024 and plans are being made for the same. The news also says that Rajamouli will make this film in two parts. Though this news is not yet confirmed, it has become a hot topic of discussion.
Rajamouli has roped in a popular casting agency from the US as he wants some big names to be part of this film, which will be made in multiple languages. For now, the news about Mahesh Babu is that he is busy with the shooting of his new film Guntur Kaaram, which has kicked off its last schedule.
