Ravi Teja signs a new film with director Anudeep
Ravi Teja to join hands with Jathi Ratnalu fame Anudeep
Hits or flops do not change the way Ravi Teja signs films in his career. He is signing back to back films off late and has three films on floors already. If this was not enough, the mass Maharaja has signed a new film in the direction of KV Anudeep, who gave the blockbuster hit Jathi Ratnalu and made Prince with Siva Karthikeyan.
We have exclusively come to know that Anudeep met Ravi Teja a few days back and narrated him a comedy caper and the latter liked the story and gave his nod to the project right away. This is the first time that Ravi Teja will be doing an out and out comedy film after a long time in his career.
The word is also that Anudeep has approached Trisha and Tamannah to play the lead role and it is yet unknown which of these two will be finalized. Anudeep's last film, Prince clicked in Tamil but it was a below average fare at the Tollywood box office. So, he too needs to prove a point that he is not a one film wonder.
On the other hand, Ravi Teja is busy shooting for Tiger Nageswara Rao which is a biopic on a popular thief of the same name. He is also doing a film named Eagle which is also on floors. Both these films are directed by newcomers. Ravi Teja was last seen in Ravanasura which failed at the box office. So, he has pinned all his hopes on Anudeep's next.
