Exclusive! Satyam Bhattacharya and Solanki Roy pair up in Rahool Mukherjee’s web series

Satyam Bhattacharya is all set to pair up with television sensation Solanki Roy for the first time in a multi-starrer web series on Hoichoi. 

Directed by Kishmish-fame Rahool Mukherjee, the family drama also features Chandreyee Ghosh, Paran Bandyopadhyay, Shantilal Mukherjee, Rwitobroto Mukherjee, Soham Maitra, Anashua Majumdar, Durbar Sharma, and others. The working title of the series is C/O Chowdhury Bari and the show will go on the floors on June 2. According to sources, there is a possibility, Kanchan Mullick will also work in the series. However, there has not been any confirmation from the actor or the makers. 

After her huge popularity as Khori in Star Jalsha serial Gantchora, Solanki has expressed her interest in working in films and series. While playing Khori, she paired up with her hit co-star Vikram Chatterjee for Aritra Sen’s Shohorer Ushnotomo Dine. 

On the other hand, after playing Rajabahadur Bhupati Ray in Anirban Bhattacharya’s Ballabhpurer Roopkotha, the actor has been busy. He will be seen as Manilal – one of the key characters is Byomkesh O Durgo Rohoshyo. Directed by Birsa Dasgupta, the film will feature Dev as Byomkesh, Rukmini Maitra as Satyabati, and Ambarish Bhattacharya as Ajit. After the success of the film, Satyam and Debraj are back together in a thriller. Directed by Ananta-fame Abhinandan Dutta, the web series also features Aryunn Ghosh, Shreya Bhattacharya, Ishani Sengupta, Lokenath Dey, and others.

This will be the first time Solanki will pair up with Satyam in a web series.
