Exclusive! Satyam Bhattacharya is all set to get married? Here is what we know

Satyam Bhattacharya – Raja Bhupati Ray of Ballabhpurer Roopkotha – is all set to get hitched. The actor will tie the knot with his long-time girlfriend Saswati Sinha on January 22 in Kolkata.

Satyam and media-personality Saswati have been in a relationship for the past eight years. They worked together in their theatre group, Hypokrites and that’s where their love bloomed. Saswati is often seen on Satyam’s social media. According to sources, the wedding and reception will take place on two separate days. The preparations are in full swing.

On his work front, Satyam has been a busy man. After playing a key character in Byomkesh O Durgo Rohoshyo with Dev and in Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy’s Raktabeej, the actor worked in Tunkulunk E Eken and Rahool Mukherjee’s Dadur Kirti. Besides, he worked with Raja Chanda on a film of a different flavour. Meanwhile, he teamed up with Puja Banerjee in an upcoming web series Cabaret on Addatimes. The show will be released on January 26 -- around the time of the actor's reception. Congratulations are in order.
