Lock Upp’s ex-contestant Zeeshan Khan has openly spoken about how affected he has been through Payal Rohatgi and Azma Fallah’s comments. While Payal made Islamophobic remarks against him, Azma told Zeeshan that his girlfriend licks producers’ feet and it is how he came to Kangana Ranaut’s Lock Upp. Zeeshan claims that Azma had been continuously attacking him for two weeks, a week after Payal incident. He claimed that Payal poked Azma into talking about Zeeshan’s girlfriend and mother and the actor said that he apologized to Azma but in vain, since she started the attacks again. This time, he claims, not just Azma and Payal but even Shivam Sharma came onto him.
“All said and done, the next day itself, Azma was talking ill about my parents and girlfriend again. Shivam also went to a point where he said ‘Teri maa ko jaake pooch tera asli baap kaun hai!’ I still didn’t say anything,” Zeeshan told OTTplay.
While stating that he was mentally tortured, Zeeshan also said that he was overwhelmed by the love he received outside the show. He shared, “Since day one till the day I left, they had been torturing me mentally and it was a moment of weakness for me. Yes, I trusted my fans and when I came out, I was overwhelmed with the amount of love coming my way.”
“There were even women saying that even if they are a woman, they still support me because being a woman (Azma), you cannot talk about another woman (Reyhnaa and Zeeshan’s mother) like that. They understood that bringing feminism angle was wrong because I was also defending two women. People have understood my side of the story before I could even say it out to them. I was really happy about that,” the actor added.
Currently, Zeeshan Khan is out of the jail. Shivam Sharma has become the first finalist of Kangana Ranaut’s show. Azma Fallah, on the other hand, will be on the chargesheet till Judgement Day.
