Exes Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan spotted together, netizens call it ‘awkward’

Exes Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora were spotted together at a restaurant in Mumbai. While the two were not seen arriving together, they entered the restaurant together. The last time the former couple were spotted together was when they went to receive their son Arhaan Khan from the airport. Arhaan Khan is Malaika and Arbaaz’s only child. He is studying at a university in the US.

Malaika and Arbaaz have managed to maintain cordial relations as they continue to co-parent their son Arhaan. They have made many public appearances together over the years, post their divorce too but it was their recent one that caught people’s attention.

Netizens across social media flooded the comment section with reactions to seeing the former couple dine together. Many commented on the “awkwardness” felt through the footage of the exes. They were clicked together as they entered a restaurant in Bandra, Mumbai.

Others reacted to Malaika’s outfit. The Bollywood diva could be seen sporting a blue shirt with white sweater, black blazer and knee-high boots. Meanwhile, Arbaaz opted for a simple black shirt and black trousers. 

Many fans on social media reacted to seeing her and Arbaaz dine together, after his breakup and her ringing in New Year with Arjun Kapoor. While some could not stop talking about Malaika's outfit, others felt 'awkwardness' between her and her ex-husband. 

The video was shared on a paparazzo page on Instagram. While one fan wrote, "Feel the awkwardness," another wrote, "This meeting can be for their son's future." Another netizen merely chose to comment on her outfit, saying, "Is this outfit for winter or summer?"

Arbaaz and Malaika tied the knot in December 1998 and filed for divorce after 18 years of marriage, in May 2017. They co-parent their only child, a son named Arhaan Khan. He was born on November 9, 2002.

Recently, Malaika was seen bringing in the New Year with Arjun Kapoor and their friends in Ranthambore, Rajasthan. Meanwhile, Arbaaz has reportedly parted ways with his girlfriend Giorgia Adriani in 2022.
