Extraction 2 goes on floors: Chris Hemsworth says ‘Tyler Rake is alive’ while shooting for the film in Prague

Extraction 2 has gone on floors in Prague. The movie, a sequel to Chris Hemsworth’s 2020 film, went on floors a few days back but the shooting commenced some hours back. Chris has shared a new video while shooting for the movie, in which he states that his character Tyler Rake is alive.

“First day shooting of Extraction 2,” Chris said in the video. He then introduced the man behind him as the director of the movie, Sam Hargrave. Sam smiled into the camera for Chris.

Chris then confirmed they are in Prague and went on to talk about what are the two things which are very different this time around. “One, it’s very very cold; two, I'm alive,” he stated. Of course, when he said that, he meant his character Tyler Rake is alive (LOL).

“How? You’re gonna find out,” Chris said before asking his fans to watch the movie and stay tuned (for updates). Chris further raised the curiosity through his caption. “Tyler Rake lives!! How the f*** is that possible you may ask?! You’ll have to wait and see,” he wrote.

The news however does not come as a surprise. The teaser of Extraction 2, released in September, hinted at Tyler being alive. The makers, too, kept on leaving hints about the character escaping death in the first installment.

While Tyler lives, there is no update on whether Indian actor Randeep Hooda will continue being a part of the franchise. Extraction marked his debut in Hollywood back in 2020 and his character too is very much alive. So will the makers revive his bit as well for the upcoming story. Like Chris said, stay tuned to figure.
