Hanu Man is one of the most awaited films as it is a superhero project and has been written and directed by the award-winning filmmaker Prashanth Varma. The film has been in the making for over one year and is all set to release on January 12, 2023.
As there are other biggies like Guntur Kaaram, Saindhav, and Eagle releasing at the same time, there was a lot of pressure on the makers of Hanu Man to shift their release date to accommodate these biggies.
Even the Telugu Film Chamber held a lot of meetings and tried to pacify the makers of the Teja Sajja starrer to change the release date. But the makers stood very strong and stuck to the date of January 12, 2024, the same day when Mahesh Babu's Guntur Kaaram is all set to release.
There was also news that a few producers related to these biggies blackmailed the director to change the date but that did not happen. The makers have once again confirmed that Hanu Man will be released on the said date and there will be a mass announcement tomorrow morning to keep the fans excited.
On the other hand, we had already reported that Zee 5 has bagged the OTT rights of the film for Rs 16 crore. Now, the news is also that the maker, Niranjan Reddy is expecting more money for his superhero film. He is expecting just over Rs 20 crore as per the news.
Hanu Man is being distributed by Pen Studios and has completed its shoot. Hanu Man is set in the hilly town of Anjanadri revolving around an adventurous youngster played by Teja Sajja. Tamil actor Vinay Rai is playing the main villain in this film which is being produced by K Niranjan Reddy under Primeshow Entertainment and presented by Chaitanya.
