The makers of Kamal Haasan's upcoming film, Vikram, have released the character poster of Fahadh Faasil. The actor, who is said to be playing a cop in the film, portrays the character Amar. The production house shared the poster today, along with the caption, Rules and Regulations Meerapadum. The caption read, "Rules and Regulations Meerapadum ! #FahadhFaasil as AMAR #KamalHaasan #Vikram #VikramBookNow @ikamalhaasan @Dir_Lokesh @Udhaystalin @VijaySethuOffl @anirudhofficial #Mahendran @RKFI @turmericmediaTM @SonyMusicSouth @RedGiantMovies_ (sic)." Fahadh is seen pointing a gun at someone in the poster. 

This is Fahadh Faasil's third Tamil film after Velaikkaran and Super Deluxe. Fahadh was recently seen as antagonist in the Telugu blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise opposite Allu Arjun. Vikram is his second big release outside the Malayalam film industry this year.

Vikram has Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil sharing screen space with Kamal Haasan. Suriya has done a special appearance in the film. The supporting star cast comprises Gayathrie Shankar, Antony Verghese, Narain, Arjun Das, Kalidas Jayaram, Shanvi Srivastava, Shivani Narayanan, Chemban Vinod Jose, Sampath Ram and Hareesh Peradi. Cinematography for the film is by Girish Gangadharan and editing is by Philomin Raj. Music for the film is by Anirudh.

Kamal Haasan is currently busy promoting the film in Malaysia and is soon expected to leave to Dubai. On June 1, the film will make its presence on the most popular Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Kamal Haasan has been leaving no stone unturned when it comes to the promotions of the film and has been on a whirlwind trip to different parts of the world.

Vikram has got the 'UA' certificate from the CBFC and the film's run time spans 173 minutes.The digital rights have been bagged by Disney + Hotstar and the satellite rights have been acquired by Star Vijay. Kamal Haasan has not had a theatrical release in four years and fans are eagerly awaiting to catch Vikram in theatres.
