Fardeen Khan’s comeback film Visfot wraps up

Fardeen Khan is all set to make his comeback in Bollywood with a new movie titled Visfot. The film, which also stars Riteish Deshmukh in the lead role, has now wrapped up. The cast, crew and their family members celebrated the wrap with an intimate bash.

Visfot also stars Priya Bapat and TV actress Krystle D’Souza as the female leads. Which actor is paired opposite which actress is yet to be revealed.

The movie is helmed by Kookie Gulati. It is being produced by Sanjay Gupta’s production house, White Feather Films. T-Series is co-producing the film with him.

For the uninitiated, Visfot is the official Hindi adaptation of Venezuelan film Rock, Paper and Scissors. The movie, a horror-drama, was also an official Oscar entry in 2012.

Visfot is mainly shot in Mumbai. The movie, which went on floors in 2021, was filmed under a bubble environment in order to keep the COVID-19 protocols in mind.

Talking about the project in a press statement, Sanjay Gupta called Visfot one of his ‘most chilled out projects ever’. Meanwhile, Kookie called the movie-making experience as one of his most memorable.

Fardeen makes his comeback in Bollywood after his 2010 movie Dulha Mil Gaya. The actor was more focused on his family life and tried to stay away from the limelight as much as possible. Nonetheless, Fardeen constantly made headlines for gaining and losing weight massively.

It is not the first time when Fardeen and Riteish collaborate for a movie. They have been a part of Sajid Khan’s Heyy Babyy, which starred Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan in the lead roles. Thus, they too will be coming back on screen after 15 years.
