Raj and DK are ready to launch Farzi on the digital platform after developing the Family Man franchise for Amazon Prime. Shahid Kapoor makes his digital acting debut in this series, which also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Raashii Khanna, and Kay Kay Menon but whose story specifics are being kept under wraps. It's being billed as a crime thriller, and the latest news says that Farzi will come out in February.

Speaking about the same, a source told Pinkvilla that Shahid will make his online debut in February 2023. Farzi is scheduled to be released before the end of the first quarter of 2023. The source also said that the trailer and other marketing materials will start to get out about a month before the show starts.

Shahid had previously expressed his excitement for the Farzi launch's digital debut. The actor said that it's so different from what they do in movies. He feels both anxious and eager. Shahid has always wanted to try something new and tough. He thinks that this story and these characters fit every movie he has ever been in, and he can't wait to hear what the audience thinks.

A teaser for Farzi's first look was shown for the first time at a big launch event for Prime Video in Mumbai earlier this year. People were intrigued by the short video because it showed Shahid, Vijay, Raashii, and Kay Kay in a mysterious and very cool new look. Since then, fans have been waiting for the premiere of the series, and the wait will finally be over in another two months.

With Kriti Sanon, Shahid is currently filming for the Dinesh Vijan production. It is said to be a groundbreaking romantic comedy about robots that will come out in late 2023. Also, the actor is in the movie Bloody Daddy, which is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and will soon be available on Jio's new digital platform. The actor is also a part of Anees Bazmee's comedy, which is set to start filming in March of the next year.
