Captain Marvel fame Brie Larson who is gearing up for Vin Diesel starrer Fast and Furious 10 definitely knows how to work her core. The 32-year-old actress took to her Instagram stories to show off her impressive strength while she did a tough workout, affirming that she is a total beast!
In the first story, Brie can be seen pushing a weighted sled with all her strength. Flaunting the n number or reps, she captioned the video "Did a few too many reps trying to get the perfect shot @torquefitnessusa (sic)."
In the second video, Larson crushes her workout as she pulls a heavy sled with the help of a belt around her waist to move the weight. However, the upcoming Fast and Furious fame hasn’t always been this strong and is vocal about it. Talking to the Insider, Brie had confessed that there was a time when she couldn’t walk up a hill without being out of breath.
But now, Larson is proudly able to hip-thrust over 200 pounds and even recently did a hip thrust of 400 pounds while preparing for Captain Marvel. She attributes all her success to her hard work and the pestering of her trainer Jason Walsh who also shares lots of Brie’s workout videos on his Instagram.
Besides her epic workout routine, Larson recently revealed a piece of epic news that her fans could rejoice about. She has recently been onboarded the cast of Fast and Furious 10. Her co-star Vin Diesel recently took to Instagram to announce the news. He said she will be a wonderful addition to their mythology and welcomed her to the family.
Directed by Justin Lin, Fast and Furious 10 is scheduled to be released in May next year. The film casts Vin Diesel along with Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Sung Kang and Charlize Theron in lead roles.
