Fatima Sana Shaikh shares glimpses from Ira Khan’s wedding, pens a heartfelt note

Fatima Sana Shaikh, an actress who made her Bollywood debut in the super-hit sports drama "Dangal," is rumoured to be very close with Aamir Khan and his family. The actress was one of the guests invited to the wedding of Ira Khan, the daughter of actor Aamir Khan and Nupur Shikhare. The actress looked beautiful while wearing a white fusion outfit.

Days after the intimate ceremony, which took place in Mumbai, Fatima shared a few behind-the-scenes photos. The pictures show that Fatima had a blast at the engagement ceremony of Ira Khan and Nupur. Fatima can be seen giving Ira Khan a peck on the cheek in one of the pictures. The other pictures captures her and Nupur dancing passionately.

The actress captioned the photos writing, "What a mad afternoon that was!!! So happy to see guys celebrate Your love and the was so infectious…My heart was swelling with love and affection for both of you. I am glad I could be a part of it. Pyaar pyaar pyaar @khan.ira @nupur_shikhare."

In February 2021, Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare, who had been dating for some time, made their relationship public on social media. Aamir Khan, his ex-wives Reena Dutt, Kiran Rao, Mansoor Khan, Imran Khan, and Aamir Khan's mother Zeenat Hussain were among those present as the couple exchanged wedding rings in a private ceremony. 

After appearing in Dangal, directed by Nitesh Tiwari and starring alongside Aamir Khan and Sanya Malhotra, Fatima Sana Shaikh became a household name. The actress had roles in television shows like Ladies Special and Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo before her breakthrough film. She co-starred with Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Katrina Kaif in the movie Thugs of Hindostan. She appeared in Ludo, Suraj Pe Mangal Bhaari, and Ajeeb Daastaans, all films by Anurag Basu. The actress most recently appeared in Thar on Netflix with Harsh Vardhan Kapoor and Anil.
