Filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj on Wednesday unveiled the first look poster of his maiden production venture, Titled Fight Club, the film stars Vijay Kumar in the lead role.

The first look poster features Vijay Kumar and his gang standing on the ground, which seems to be soaked in blood. Based on the poster, the film seems to deal with a pressing social or political subject.

It's noteworthy that the production of this film went on the floors in 2021. The film was yet-to-be-titled and was supposed to mark the maiden venture of the new production banner named Reel Good Films. However, the film had not hit theatres until now.

It appears that Lokesh has taken charge of the film and is now releasing it under his new production banner, G Squad. Given Lokesh's growing influence in the Tamil film industry, Fight Club is anticipated to enjoy a wide and smooth release.

Fight Club marks the directorial debut of Abbas A Rahmath, who assisted Vijay Kumar in Uriyadi 1 and 2.

Vijay Kumar made an impressive directorial debut with Uriyadi in 2016. In addition to writing, directing, and producing, Vijay also played the lead role in Uriyadi. The film was well-received by all the critics and the audiences alike. He again wrote, directed and acted in the sequel, Uriyadi 2. The film was released in cinemas in 2019 and became a hit at the box office.

Vijay also wrote the dialogues for the 2020 critical hit Soorarai Pottru, starring Tamil superstar Suriya in the lead role.

Lokesh Kanagaraj is now basking in the success of his recent film Leo. Starring Thalapathy Vijay, the film became the highest-grossing Tamil film of the year earning Rs 612 crore in its worldwide ticket sales.
