Fighter first look Twitter reactions: Netizens just cannot get over Hrithik Roshan in his pilot avatar

So… the much awaited first look of Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Fighter’ was released today. It was ‘unveiled’ by none other than the man himself… Hrithik Roshan! Today, he took to social media and dropped the first look of his upcoming film ‘Fighter’. He was seen in the uniform of a pilot. No sooner did he drop the first look of the film, the comments section on his social media started overflowing with the oohs and awwws galore, besides the other compliments which praised Hrithik Roshan’s pilot avatar. After posting the first look, Hrithik Roshan captioned it stating, “#Fighter #25Jan2024 #7MonthsToFighter”. The film will be released on January 25 next year (2023).

The film ‘Fighter’ is definitely one of the most awaited films of the recent times. There are many reasons as to why this film qualifies to be so. Firstly, and most importantly, the film sees the awesome pairing of the Greek God Hrithik Roshan along with the stunning Deepika Padukone. Well, if you thought, it was reason good enough for the film to be a smash hit, the, wait till you hear this one. Besides Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, the film also stars the ‘ageless wonder’ Anil Kapoor. Even at this age, this man can easily give the young stars a marathon run for their money. Testimony to this are the ‘Fighter’s training videos that Anil Kapoor had posted, that simply made everyone think, ‘Is he for real?’! His training videos became a talking point for many days and weeks on social media.

Another user who was seemingly extremely optimistic about the film, tweeted, “I hope #Fighter is a story of courage, sacrifice, and patriotism, while also giving us visual spectacle that will take our breath away. Then there was the user with the ID ‘Bachpan Ki Yaadein Bollywood’, who went onto declare on Twitter that, “Thanks #HrithikRoshan Baap ...! No One Can Touch You In 2024 Patty #Fighter is directed by lord Sid Lord Baap...............”

A certain user named ‘Mohammed Sohail’ also went ahead and predicted that ‘Fighter’ will be the Biggest contender of HGOTY of 2024. #Fighter #HrithikRoshan”. For the unversed, the full form of HGOTY is Highest Grosser Of The Year’.

A self-confessed biggest fan of Hrithik Roshan, who goes with the twitter ID of ‘iMeHrithikian’ (which is definitely in tune with Hrithik Roshan’s ID), tweeted stating, ‘This movie gonna be huge at the box office and one of the best of Hrithik's career #HrithikRoshan’.

Then, there was a twitter user named Ashu, who actually went onto thank Hrithik Roshan for ‘listening to them’. He tweeted, “Fighter's first look releasing on January 25, 2024. No change in date. Thank you, Hrithik, for listening to us and giving us some content! #Fighter #HrithikRoshan”

Amidst all the compliments galore, there were a few netizens who even compared the film’s first look to Tom Cruise’s Top Gun and even went onto tweet stating ‘Top gun copy on the way?’

About the film

The film ‘Fighter’ has been directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Viacom18 Studios and Marflix Pictures. The film is touted to be India's first aerial actioner. Besides the trio of Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor, the film also stars Karan Singh Grover and Akshay Oberoi.

In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Deepika Padukone spoke about her first ever collaboration with Hrithik Roshan. She said, “Yeah, I have always wanted to work with him. I feel like it’s the… You know, sometimes it’s not about working with someone. I feel like there are so many things. It has to be the right script, it has to be the right director, the right time in your life. So many things that decide. So yeah, I guess it’s the right time for us to come together.”
