In a big development for Bollywood lovers, the team of ‘Fighter’ this evening unveiled the first look of Hrithik Roshan as a squadron leader named Shamsher Pathania, who will be popularly known as ‘Patty’ in the film. Clearly, with less than two months remaining for the release of this action thriller, the moviemakers are leaving no stone unturned to promote the movie in full swing.
Reportedly, this look of Hrithik Roshan has been released just days before the release of the Fighter teaser – which is expected to be out on December 7.

Taking to his social media, Hrithik Roshan shared the first look. Describing his character of Patty aka Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania, he jotted down the caption - "Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania | Call Sign: Patty | Designation: Squadron Pilot | Unit: Air Dragons | Fighter Forever #Fighter #FighterOn25thJan #FighterMovie"
By looking at Hrithik Roshan’s picture, it is obvious to conclude that Roshan perfectly stepped into the shoes of a Squadron Pilot from the Air Dragons unit, promising a high-octane adrenaline-packed journey.
Soon after this post surfaced online, one Instagrammer in the comments section wondered whether Hrithik Roshan’s name draws inspiration from Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan. He said, “Shamsher Pathania – the surname has a Shah Rukh Khan connect”
“Waiting for this film to hit the theatres... January films are usually blockbusters... Pathaan was, and Fighter will be one,” wrote another Instagrammer.
