Final Destination: Bloodlines is the sixth instalment of the franchise. The plot is centred on college student Stefani Reyes (Kaitlyn Santa Juana) who has a premonition of a deadly 1968 high-rise tower collapse. This vision is connected to her grandmother Iris, who had the original dream, and Stephanie realises that her family is the next target of Death's design.

The story follows Stephanie as she tries to save her family, eventually learning the rules of cheating death from William Bludworth (Tony Todd). The cast also includes Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, and Rya Kihlstedt. The themes revolve around inherited trauma, family secrets, and the consequences of cheating death.

The OTTplay review for Final Destination Bloodlines stated that the film fits perfectly with this franchise, and that's exactly what works.. "Ample blood, plenty of chopped limbs, and a few people mashed like potatoes all come together to give you one hell of an entertaining ride," it further read.
