First look of Nagarjuna, Prasaana Kumar's next to be out on Ugadi

Akkineni Nagarjuna is one actor who does back to back films. But after the debacle of his last film The Ghost directed by Praveen Sattaru, he has decided to slow down and is also keeping a low profile. Nag has now signed writer Prasanna Kumar as the director of his 99th film which will be announced soon.

As per our sources, the film will be announced on the 22nd of March on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi. The first look poster will also be revealed on the same day. The said project is the remake of a Malayalam film as per the news. Raj Tharun and Allari Naresh are also said to be seen in key roles in this film.

Writer Prasanna is high on the success of his last film Dhamaka with Ravi Teja. The film grossed over 100 crores at the box office and seeing this, Nag roped him in for his 99th film. Prasanna Kumar has worked as a writer for so many hit films in Telugu and we need to see how he will handle a big star like Nagarjuna.

On the other hand, Nagarjuna has also locked his prestigious 100th film with director Mohan Raja. His son, Akhil will also be playing a key role in this film. For now, Nagarjuna wants to make a comeback and score a hit. So, he has chosen a remake and wants to play it safe and set up the base for his 100th film.
