First look of Shero: Sunny Leone wraps up shooting for her Tamil film

Sunny Leone, who was part of two films in Kollywood, has now wrapped up the shooting of her third film in Tamil. Titled Shero, the movie according to its director Sreejith Vijayan, is a multi-lingual project and the actress has undergone training to pull of some action sequences and to get her Tamil dialect right. Sunny had shared that she had an amazing time shooting with the film's crew. The film, which was predominantly shot in Munnar, features actors from Malayalam, Tamil and other industries, too. The actress had also shared the first look of the film from her social media account and added that she can’t wait for her fans to watch it. She tweeted, "Survival is my Revenge !! Showcasing the first look of my first Tamil movie #SHERO." 

In an interview with ETimes, the director had said that the actress had pulled off daring stunt sequences despite the team suggesting her to use a body double for the same. The team had organized a workshop before the film went on floors. Sunny plays a US-born woman in this psychological thriller. Shero's story revolves around a slew of unexpected changes that occur after her visit to her native in India. Produced by Ansari and Ravi Kiran, under the banner IKIGAI Motion Pictures, the movie has Manoj Kumar Khatoi cranking the camera, Ghibran scoring the music and V Saajan in charge of editing. 

Sunny, who had made her Tamil debut with a special song in Saravana Rajan's Vadacurry, in which she shared screen space with Jai, had signed her second film in Kollywood, Veeramadevi, a few years ago which had courted controversies. Tipped as a period film, the project which is made on a high budget, has Vadivudaiyan at the helm. Navdeep, Srinath, Nasser and Sayaji Shinde are others who play pivotal roles in the movie.
