First look poster of ALT Balaji’s ‘The Queens of Chambal’ revealed on Ekta Kapoor’s birthday

The Queens of Chambal will be ALTBalaji's next big project. The show is quite close to Ekta Kapoor’s heart. The series will be an interesting tale of two female protagonists set in the backdrop of Chambal. The announcement was made on the occasion of Ekta Kapoor’s birthday and her fans and followers have already made it the talk of the town.

The poster for the series gives us a glimpse of what the show will be about. The plot for the series is speculated to be about two strong-headed women who rule and lead the patriarchal gangdom of Chambal. In the poster, these two women are seen sitting on a pile of dead bodies with their rifles in one hand and drinks in the other.

Ekta Kapoor also made another major announcement on her birthday - season 2 of The Married Woman. The Married Woman released earlier this year on March 8th and had Riddhi Dogra and Monica Dogra in the lead.
