It looks like Lokesh Kanagaraj's Leo has yet another addition to its star cast. The latest we hear is that Former Bigg Boss Tamil contestant Abhirami Venkatachalam has joined the sets in Kashmir and will be part of the current schedule. A picture of Abhirami with director Lokesh Kanagaraj has been doing the rounds on social media, thus almost confirming her presence. Abhirami shot to fame after her participation in the third season of the popular reality show, Bigg Boss Tamil. She later played a crucial role in H Vinoth's Nerkonda Paarvai, the Tamil remake of the Hindi film, Pink.

The shooting for the film is currently in full swing in Kashmir and Lokesh had even dropped a picture of the team enjoying a bonfire. The film brings together the iconic onscreen pair of Trisha and Vijay after a span of 14 long years. The duo had earlier worked together in films like Ghilli, Thirupaachi, Aathi and Kuruvi. Interestingly, Leo is the 67th film for both Trisha and Vijay and fans of the duo are excited about the coincidence. The actress had stated that she was grateful to be part of the iconic project featuring some of her favourite people.

The rest of the star cast includes Sanjay Dutt as the prime antagonist, along with Arjun Sarja, Priya Anand, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Sandy and Mathew Thomas. Music for the film is by Anirudh Ravichander, cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa and editing by Philomin Raj. Dialogues are penned by Lokesh, Rathna Kumar and Deeraj Vaidy. While the action sequences are by Anbariv, dance choreography is handled by Dinesh.

The film is bankrolled by Seven Screen Studio, who had earlier bankrolled Vijay and Lokesh's Master. Jagdish Palanisamy, Vijay's manager, is co-producing the film, marking his debut as a producer. He had expressed his happiness on his social media about his new venture.-
