What is the story of Friendship?

Friendship follows the life of a group of college students who join an engineering college. Telling the tale of friendship, romance, sports and more, the movie takes a turn when a powerful politician enters the story. The movie then turns into a courtroom drama where the friends have to take on the politician and the law to prove their innocence in a crime they are accused of having committed.

Friendship is the remake of the successful Malayalam movie, Queen. Queen was released in January of 2018 and was received by mixed reactions from the audience. The movie was directed by Dijo Jose Antony and starred Saniya Iyappan, Dhruvan, Aswin Jose, Vijayaraghavan and Salim Kumar among others.
