From DJ Tillu to Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu, here are the Telugu films releasing in theatres, OTTs this weekend

We're already into the first week of the third month of a new year and Telugu cinema has had a decent beginning without a doubt. There have been several commercial successes, be it Bangarraju, DJ Tillu or Bheemla Nayak and the industry is set to enter into a crucial month with two major pan-Indian releases, RRR and Radhe Shyam. Before the biggies, here's what audiences can expect from OTTs and theatres in the initial weekend of March.

Saamanyudu 

Porus, who hails from a middle-class family background, is keen on becoming a cop in his life. His father, who also happens to be a cop, is someone who abides by his superiors without the blink of an eye. When Porus' sister Dwaraka is murdered one day, the mission gets personal for the young man who is out to investigate the killer. Stars Vishal, Dimple Hayathi and Yogi. Directed by Thu Pa Saravanan, produced by Vishal himself, the film has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

DJ Tillu 

Bala Gangadhar Tilak a.k.a Tillu is an irresponsible youngster, who has a non-happening career as a DJ. Tillu's parents have more or less given up on his life. His life takes a new turn when he meets a singer Radhika at a bar and instantly smitten by her. Radhika expresses her interest too but there's a dark side to the singer's life that Tillu is shocked to know of. On his birthday, Radhika gives him a birthday gift she can never forget. Directed by Vimal Krishna, produced by S Naga Vamsi, the film stars Siddhu Jonnalagadda, Neha Shetty, Prince Cecil and has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Sebastian PC 524 

Kiran Abbavaram is coming up with the third film in his career, Sebastian PC 524, written and directed by Balaji Sayyapureddy. The film stars Namratha Darekar aka Nuveksha and Komalee Prasad as the female leads. Produced by B Sidda Reddy, Jayachandra Reddy, Pramod and Raju under Jovitha Cinemas, the cop drama has music by Ghibran. The plot progresses in the backdrop of a police officer suffering from night blindness. Srikanth Iyyangar, Surya, Rohini, Adarsh Balakrishna, George, Surya, Mahesh Vitta, Ravi Teja, Raj Vikram, Latha, Ishaan, Rajesh also appear in crucial roles.

Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu 

Sharwanand's next release is the family entertainer Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu where he's paired alongside Rashmika Mandanna for the first time in his career. Khushbu, Radhika Sarathkumar, Urvashi appear in key roles in the film directed by Tirumala Kishore. Sudhakar Cherukuri is bankrolling the film under Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas and Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music. Rajasree Nair, Kalyani Natarajan, Jhansi, Vennela Kishore, Ravi Shankar, Sathya, Pradeep Rawath, Gopa Raju, Benarjee, Rajitha, Sathya Krishna, RCM Raju essay important roles.
