Patti LuPone is set to star in Agatha: Coven of Chaos

MCU fans are diligently waiting for the release of the WandaVision spinoff Agatha: Coven of Chaos. The Marvel casting department has good news for them as it has been revealed that there’s a new addition to the cast. The three-time Tony Award-winning actress Patti LuPone is joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe as an unannounced character in the Disney+ series Agatha: Coven of Chaos. Kathryn Hahn will be returning as the powerful witch Agatha Harkness.

Subservience, the Sci-Fi thriller will star Megan Fox and Michele Morrone

The Transformers actress Megan Fox is making a comeback in Sci-Fi movies with Millennium Media's upcoming thriller, Subservience. Fox will be reuniting with S.K. Dale, the director of her 2021 film Till Date. Michele Morrone, the Italian actor widely known for the 365 days movie franchise is also set to star in this movie. The movie is set to start production in January and most details are being kept under wraps.

Black Adam 2 is no longer a part of New DC’s “First Chapter”

Dwayne Johnson was looking to change the hierarchy of power in the DC universe with his movie Black Adam, however, the newly appointed heads of DC Studios, James Gunn and Peter Saffran do not have immediate plans for the character. The film’s lacklustre performance at the box office may also be factored into their decision as they prepare to reboot DC’s cinematic universe. Gunn recently confirmed that Patty Jenkins’ third Wonder Woman film is also shelved, and shockingly announced that Henry Cavill, who recently announced his return as Superman, will not play the character for future DC films.

Taika Waititi’s Next Goal Wins has pushed its release to September 2023

It appears Taika Waititi’s Next Goal Wins is not going to take the field for a while. Searchlight announced that the football comedy was supposed to have its theatrical release on April 21, 2023, but now it has been pushed to September 22, 2023. Based on the 2014 British documentary of the same name by Mike Brett and Steve Jamison, the plot revolves around a national football team of American Samoa and their coach trying to transform themselves from losers to winners.

James Cameron reveals why he shot the second and third movies of Avatar at the same time

James Cameron has thought of a way to deal with child actors’ changing appearances over the years for the Avatar sequels. During his recent Entertainment Weekly interview, he revealed the reason for shooting his recently released Avatar: The Way of Water and the third film at the same time was because the child actors’ appearances change drastically between the filming schedules. He even compared it to how the appearances of the kids of Stranger Things drastically changed between seasons.

Netflix’s Wednesday charts high on the Nielsen Streaming Chart

Wednesday has already taken the crown for being one of Netflix’s biggest series based on the streamer’s internal assessments. Data analytics firm Nielsen has reported the series has been streamed for almost 6 billion minutes during its premiere week. That happens to be the second-largest week in the two-year history of Nielsen’s weekly rankings after Stranger Things Season 4 with 7.2 billion. Tiger King and Ozark met similar numbers during the pandemic lockdowns in March and April 2020.

Salman Khan is looking for actresses to star in Shera's son’s debut film

The next person Salman Khan is launching in Bollywood is none other than his bodyguard Shera’s son, Tiger. He is now on the lookout for a perfect director and a perfect actress to play opposite the young talent. Shera's son Tiger is currently going through a transformation for his big-screen debut. Satish Kaushik may helm the project which will start production in January 2023.

News details on The Boys spinoff series Gen V revealed

Eric Kripke’s hit series, The Boys, is getting a spin-off, and Superhero fans are thrilled. The series Gen V shows a whole new side to Vought International’s reckless creations. Set in the fictional superhero school, Godolkin University, the series explores the institution where all the artificially created superheroes were trained. The superhero team Seven’s A-Train, The Deep and Queen Maeve are alums of this institution. The series stars Patrick Schwarzenegger, Jaz Sinclair, Chance Perdomo, Jason Ritter, Clancy Brown, and Alexander Calvert in prominent roles and the creators have promised more mystery, gore, and violence than the original.
