Nari Nari Naduma Murari has ended as a smash hit at the box office, giving much-needed respite to Sharwanand. Directed by Ram Abbaraju of Samajavaragamana fame, the film is still pulling decent crowds in theatres. Samyuktha Menon and Sakshi Vaidya played the female leads in this triangular love story. The situational comedy, coupled with fun characters played by actors like Naresh, made this film an entertaining Sankranthi watch.

The Raja Saab

The Raja Saab turned out to be Prabhas’s biggest flop to date and ended as a disaster at the box office. Despite this, the film’s OTT rights were sold for a whopping Rs 160 crore. Directed by Maruthi, the horror-comedy featured Malavika Mohanan, Niddhi Agerwal, and Riddhi Kumar as the female leads. The film was brutally trolled for its content, and it remains to be seen how audiences respond to its OTT release.

Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu

Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu has emerged as the biggest Sankranthi hit in the history of Telugu cinema. Despite the OTT release date being announced, the film is still attracting solid footfalls in theatres.

Bhartha Mahaseyulaku Wignyapthi

Ravi Teja’s Bhartha Mahaseyulaku Wignyapthi, directed by Kishore Tirumala, failed to make an impact at the box office. The family drama received minimal promotions and had a rushed release on January 13, 2026, eventually ending as below-average fare. Dimple Hayati and Ashika Ranganath played the female leads in this story about a man caught between two women.

Anaganaga Oka Raju

Anaganaga Oka Raju is Naveen Polishetty’s latest outing and also ended as a smash hit at the box office. Naveen’s one-man show played a major role in the film, crossing the Rs 100 crore mark in no time. Meenakshi Chaudhary played the female lead, scoring her second consecutive Sankranthi hit after Sankranthiki Vasthunnam (2025). The village drama is packed with hilarious comedy.
