Fukrey 3 2023: Release date, OTT partner, trailer, plot, cast, and more

Fukrey 3 is the highly awaited comedy-drama film this month. The Mrighdeep Singh Lamba directorial stars Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Richa Chadha, Manjot Singh and Pankaj Tripathi in pivotal roles. The official trailer of the anticipated flick grabbed a lot of attention around the country. 

Plot of the movie

After the events in Fukrey 2, Bholi Punjaban, played by Chaddha, becomes a local politician in Delhi. Hunny, played by Samrat, tries to convince his best friend Choochaa, portrayed by Sharma, to run in the election against his first love, Bholi. On the other hand, the crime queen appears stronger and fierce in the official video.

The official trailer witnesses the best friends duo, Hunny and Choochaa still sticking together after graduating school ten years ago. Both of them try to plan something new along with Pandit, played by Tripathi, to earn a good sum of money.

The cast of the show

Written by Vipul Vig, the forthcoming comedy-drama flick stars Samrat as Vikas Gulati aka Hunny, Sharma as Dilip Singh aka Choochaa, Singh as Lali Halwai, Chadha as Bholi Punjaban and Tripathi as Panditji in pivotal roles. Bankrolled by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani under the banner of Excel Entertainment in association with AA Films, the film was commenced to shoot in March 2022.

Release date and OTT platform

Furkey 3 is slated to have a theatrical release on September 28 all over the country. Reportedly, the Mrighdeep Singh Lamba directorial's digital rights have been sold to Amazon Prime Video. However, makers have not released any official statement regarding the same. Meanwhile, the first part of Fukrey is available to stream on Netflix and Prime Video on Subscription, while Fukrey 2 is currently available on Apple TV + and YouTube on rent.
