Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal fell head-over-heels in love with each other on the sets of Fukrey. However, while they were dating, the couple did not let their co-stars know about the relationship. That being said, Pulkit Samrat, Manjot Singh, and Varun Sharma sensed that something was 'cooking' between Ali and Richa. In a recent interview, the Bollywood actor opened up about the secret love story of the Fukrey actors.

In an interview with News18, Pulkit Samrat said, "Richa and Ali thought that we didn’t have the slightest hint of their brewing romance but we all knew. During the last leg of the promotions of the first part of Fukrey, we got a feeling that something must be cooking between them, kuch toh daal pak rahi hai."
On the other hand, Richa Chadha said, "I didn’t tell anyone about Ali and myself. I thought Manjot would feel jealous because he was single. In fact, he’s permanently single (laughs)."

Last year, when the couple celebrated their wedding festivities, their spokesperson clarified that the duo had been legally married for 2.5 years.
"This is to clarify that Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal were legally married for 2.5 years when they registered their wedding. Currently, they are celebrating their union with friends and family, as was already mentioned by them on 29th September in their statement," a part of the official statement read.
About Fukrey franchise
All three installments of Fukrey have been directed by filmmaker Mrighdeep Singh Lamba. However, Fukrey 3 didn't feature Ali Fazal in a full-fledged role. The actor only had a cameo appearance in the movie. On the other hand, Richa, Pulkit, Manjot, and Varun reprised their respective characters in the film. It hit the big screen on September 28, 2023.
