Gaaju Bomma: Nani's Hi Nanna gets Mahesh Babu and Sivakarthikeyan boost

A lot of excitement surrounds Telugu star Nani's upcoming release, Hi Nanna. The makers, who had released the first song, Samayama, from the film, have just released the second one, titled Gaaju Bomma. And this wasn’t a regular release, as Mahesh Babu released the song while Tamil Sivakarthikeyan released the Tamil version of the song, which is titled Kannaadi Kannaadi. 

About the Gaaju Bomma song

This song depicts a beautiful relationship between a man and his daughter, played by Nani and Baby Kiara, respectively.

The lyrics of the song have been penned by Anantha Sriram and the music is composed by Hridayam fame composer Hesham Abdul Wahab. The melodious track has already received much acclaim online.

About Hi Nanna

Debutant director Shouryuv helms this emotional drama that has Sita Ramam actress Mrunal Thakur as the female lead. Shruti Haasan also plays a pivotal role in the film.

This pan-Indian project boasts a talented crew, which includes cinematographer Sanu John Varughese, editor Praveen Anthony, and production designer Avinash Kolla.

Mahesh Babu and Sivakarthikeyan on the big screen

Mahesh Babu is currently busy with the shoot of his film Guntur Kaaram, which is written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas and produced by S Radha Krishna. The film also stars Sreeleela, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Jagapathi Babu, and Ramya Krishna. It is scheduled to be released in theatres on January 12, 2024, in time for Sankranti.

Meanwhile, Sivakarthikeyan is gearing up for the release of the teaser for his upcoming science fiction film Ayaalan. Written and directed by R Ravikumar, the teaser is scheduled to be released later today (October 6). This movie also stars Rakul Preet Singh and is expected to be released in theatres during Pongal 2024.
