Yet another lively song from Gangubai Kathiawadi is unveiled today. Titled Jhume Re Gori, the track’s liveliness seems to go hand in hand with its vibrant visuals.
The video for the song features Alia Bhatt giving it her all, in some energetic and beautifully choreographed dance numbers. The way in which the whole video has been shot also stands out, with some continuous shots, the camera moving along with the dancers so that viewers can soak it all in without missing a beat. The video also treats viewers to a more fierce side of Gangubai as she deals with troublemakers with an iron fist, as well as scenes where she is shown to be a celebrated figure in her community.
