Gaslight: Chitrangda Singh looks evil and mysterious at the same time in this BTS video

Chitrangda Singh is all set for her upcoming murder mystery thriller, Gaslight, along with Sara Ali Khan and Vikrant Massey. Directed by Pavan Kirpalani, the trailer of the Hotstar Original film was out on March 14 and gathered much attention among the audience. Meanwhile now, Chitrangada has dropped a BTS video from the sets of the movie.

The latest BTS video sees Chitrangda giving her first-ever shot for the film. The sequence can also be identified from the official trailer video, where the dynamic actor looks mysterious as well as evil with her mixed expression as she welcomed her step-daughter, played by Sara, to her huge mansion. 

Chitrangda too the video to her official Instagram handle and shared it with her fans and followers with a special caption that reads, "My first day ! My first shot as Rukmani! #bts This is probably the most complex role I have played so far ..so special ! So grateful .. so excited #gaslightondisneyplushotstar on 31st March ! (sic)."

Written by Neha Sharma, the dark-toned visuals in the official trailer video of Gaslight makes it look even more mysterious, while Sara's constant search for his missing not in the outside world but inside the huge palace makes the upcoming movie seem intriguing and interesting.

Bankrolled by Ramesh Taurani and Akshai Puri under the banners of Tips Industries and 12th Street Entertainment, the forthcoming thriller flick is edited by Ajay Ghagare, while Ragul Dharuman has done the cinematography. 

Interestingly, the shoot of the movie was started in February 2022 in Rajkot and completed in just 36 days.

Gaslight, which also has Akshay Oberoi and Rahul Dev in key roles, is all set to release on Disney+ Hotstar on March 31, 2023.
