Bigg Boss 19 finally came to an end after 105 days on December 7, 2025. The top 5 finalists were Gaurav Khanna, Farrhana Bhatt, Tanya Mittal, Pranit More, and Amaal Mallik. However, towards the end, Amaal, Pranit, and Tanya were evicted, leaving Farrhana and Gaurav as the top 2. When the final time came, Salman Khan announced that Gaurav Khanna is the winner of Bigg Boss 19, making Farrhana the runner-up of the show. After lifting the trophy, Gaurav's team shared a note on his Instagram account.

Taking to his Instagram account, Gaurav Khanna's team shared two pictures: one with the Bigg Boss 19 trophy and the other with his wife, Akansha Chamola, holding the trophy. The big smile on their faces proved how happy they were.
Sharing the pictures, his team wrote, "The three-month journey has finally come to an end… and what an end it has been. The trophy is home. They kept asking, “What will GK do? And like we always said GK will bring the trophy home for all of us. He did."
The note also read that this journey has been overwhelming in the most beautiful way and they have lived every single day with Gaurav every high, every setback, every moment of strength and dignity, and today, this win feels personal.
"This is a win for every person who believed, who voted, who stood by him, who made his dream theirs. Today, we are not just celebrating a trophy. We are celebrating faith, love, and togetherness. We are winning together. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts," the note concluded.
