Gautham Krishna and Pujita Ponnada starrer Aakasa Veedhullo to hit screens in September

The launch vehicle of newcomer Gautham Krishna, Aakasa Veedhullo, is all set to hit theatres soon. The film, written and directed by Gautham himself, has Pujita Ponnada playing the female lead. Aakasa Veedhullo is set to hit theatres on September 2. It is bankrolled by Manoj JD and Dr DJ Manikantha under GK Film Factory and Manoj Art Creations.

The makers are happy with the response to the first look and teaser. They are leaving no stone unturned to ensure a grand theatrical release across the globe on September 2. The film also stars Devi Prasad, Bala Parashar, Satyam Rajesh, Srikanth Iyengar, Harshita Gaur among others in key roles. Judah Sandhy is composing the music score while Vishwanath Reddy is the cinematographer.

Dragon Prakash has choreographed the stunts the film and Kannan Ganapat has handled the sound mixing. Sashank is the editor. Sudhakar Vinukonda is the executive producer. Ayyayyayyo, Silaga Migila, Paravasinchele are the three singles that have been launched already. Chaitanya Prasad, Shreshta, Rakendu Mouli have penned the lyrics for the songs.

Leading singers from the industry including Sid Sriram, Chinmayi Sripada, Rahul Sipligunj, Kaala Bhairava, Dope Daddy have crooned for the album. Parasuram Sreenivas has supervised the script. The film's actor-director Gautham Krishna is also a certified medico. He’s cast in a character Siddhu, a star who loses track of his life owing to a series of dramatic situations (similar to Aashiqui 2?).

While Gautham always had a fascination for movies, he had to complete formal education upon the insistence of his parents. Aakasa Veedhullo will lock horns with Panja Vaisshnav Tej starrer Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga on its release day. Pujita Ponnada also plays a key role in Ravi Teja’s courtroom drama Ravanasura.
