Geethanjali Malli Vacchindi has double the thrill and comedy than Geethanjali, says Anjali

Geethanjali Malli Vacchindi is the sequel to Anjali's hit film Geethanjali. Penned by Kona Venkat, the sequel of the film is in the news these days. We at OTTplay have already reported that the teaser would be launched in a graveyard and the same happened. The teaser has now caught the attention of many and the makers have revealed that the horror comedy will hit the screens on March 22, 2024.

Anjali is busy promoting the film and says that they wrapped up the film in just 30 days and Geethanjali Malli Vacchindi has come out quite well. "The sequel has more comedy, horror, and thrill. We are super confident that the film will impress the audience big time," says Anjali.

The teaser showcased Anjali playing the role of Geethanjali, an evil spirit with a solid back story. Satyam Rajesh, Shakalaka Shankar, Srinivasa Reddy, and several others will be seen in hilarious roles in this film. Geethanjali Malli Vacchindi is a situational comedy directed by Shiva Turlapati.

The film is also quite special for Anjali as it is the 50th film of her career. "Geethanjali was my first ever heroine-oriented film and now a decade later, Geethanjali Malli Vacchindi, which is my 50th film is gearing up for a release. I am super thrilled and thank Kona Venkat for bringing me this film which is very crucial for me in my career" says Anjali.

Geethanjali Malli Vacchindi's promos have caught the attention of many and the likes of Alia and Satya give the film a solid edge for the audience. We need to see if Geethanjali Malli Vacchindi lives up to the hype or not. Watch this space for more updates on this project.
