Ghoomer is surely a brilliantly crafted movie! Though it is yet to arrive at the theatres officially, a few eminent movie buffs got the opportunity to watch the movie prior to the release of the film in Melbourne and they are loving every bit of it.
Ghoomer, for the uninitiated, is a sports drama featuring Abhishek Bachchan and Saiyami Kher in titular roles. The trailer of the movie shows that the film is loosely based on the true-life story of a late athlete who suffered a catastrophic hand injury and went on to win two Olympic gold medals for her country. R Balki has co-written it with Rahul Sengupta and Rishi Virmani.

About 12 days ago, the official trailer of the movie was dropped on social media by ‘Pen Movies’ – the official production house of the movie – and captioned it, “Hope Film Makers & Saraswati Entertainment presents #Ghoomer, starring Shabana Azmi, Abhishek A Bachchan, Saiyami Kher, and Angad Bedi.
