God Father first look and release date out; Chiranjeevi rocks the salt-and-pepper look

Chiranjeevi, after a lull, is back at what he always does best - cast a spell on audiences. Fans have been waiting with bated breath to catch a glimpse of their much-loved star from his next film God Father and today, they're sure to have a wide grin on their faces. The first look poster of Godfather has also come with a brief glimpse of the film where the star arrives from a vintage car in style, sporting black shades, wearing a black-coloured kurta and pyjama.

Probably for the first time in his career, he's sporting a salt-and-pepper hairdo in the entire film. The setup for the glimpse into God Father is readied to perfection where thousands of party workers await his presence outside an office, while Chiranjeevi coolly steps out of the car and comedian Sunil opens the door for him. The character means business as he walks into an office ferociously. S Thaman's experience with mass entertainers helps him come up with a powerful score for the glimpse.

In the poster, Chiranjeevi wears a grey kurta and a black pyjama and positions himself on a chair in a style unique to him. This is exactly what the doctor ordered for team God Father while kickstarting their promotional campaign. Meanwhile, the team has also announced that God Father is slated to hit theatres for Vijaya Dasami (Dasara). Mohan Raja has helmed the movie bankrolled by RB Choudary and NV Prasad and presented by Konidela Surekha.

Salman Khan, Puri Jagannadh too make special appearances in the film while Nayanthara plays the female lead. Satya Dev, Sunil and others too are cast in important roles. Cinematographed by Nirav Shah, God Father has art direction by Suresh Selvarajan. Vakada Apparao is the executive producer.
