Good Bad Ugly box office collection day 6: Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, the film pays homage to Ajith’s career with nods to his past works

Good Bad Ugly, the Ajith Kumar-starrer action drama which is running in theatres, has collected Rs 107 crore in all languages at the domestic box office within its six days of run. However, as per reports, the worldwide collection of the film stands at Rs 172 crore at the end of five days. While the film capitalise on the long festive weekend, Good Bad Ugly also faced its first major dip on Tuesday. Keep reading to know the breakdown of collection.
Directed by Adhik Ravichandran who starred alongside Ajith Kumar in Nerkonda Paarvai, Good Bad Ugly is an actioner which is a homage of sorts to Ajith’s career. The film is backed by Mythri Movie Makers, and is filled with many references to Ajith’s previous films like Billa 2 , Mankatha and Vaalee .
The film released in theatres on April 10. As per Sacnilk report, the total domestic collection at the end of six days stands at Rs 107 crore. The film faced its first major dip on Tuesday, with collections reducing from Monday's Rs 15 crore to only Rs 6.6 crore on Tuesday. The opening day collection stands at Rs 29 crore and since that day, the film has never been able to show massive growth. This could also be due to Ilaiyaraaja’s legal action against the film, for the unauthorised use of his vintage songs in the film.
However, as per Pinkvilla report, by the end of five days, the worldwide gross of Good Bad Ugly stands at Rs 173 crore. Good Bad Ugly has went on to become the highest grossing Tamil film so far this year, by beating Pradeep Ranganathan's Dragon.
Good Bad Ugly also stars Trisha Krishnan, Usha Uthup, Rahul Dev, Kingsley, Roadies Raghu, Pradeep Kabra, Harry Josh, KGF Avinash, Yogi Babu, Prasanna, Prabhu, Priya Prakash, Simran, Tinnu Anand, Sayaji Shinde, Jackie Shroff, Sunil, Arjun Das and others.
