Good Bad Ugly marks the 63rd project of acclaimed actor Ajith Kumar. The film is written and directed by Adhik Ravichandran. With the ensemble cast including actors Trisha, Prabhu, Prasanna, Arjun Das, Sunil, Rahul Dev, and Yogi Babu, and others, the film is slated to hit the big screens on April 10.

Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Good Bad Ugly’s runtime seems to be crisp, with the social media buzz suggesting that it will run for two hours and 18 minutes. The film's production commenced in May 2024 in Hyderabad, with additional sequences filmed in Spain and the United Kingdom. Cinematography is handled by Abinandhan Ramanujam, editing by Vijay Velukutty, and music composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar.​ The composer replaced Devi Sri Prasad, who was first announced as the music composer.

Good Bad Ugly OTT partner locked

Initially slated for a January 10, 2025, release to coincide with Pongal, the film's release was postponed to April 10, 2025, after Ajith Kumar’s another film Vidaamuyarchi took the slot, only to eventually be postponed to February. Good Bad Ugly’s post-theatrical streaming rights have been bagged by Netflix.

The second single of Good Bad Ugly, God Bless U, was released recently. Crooned by Anirudh Ravichander, the upbeat number had Paal Dabba doing the rap portions. Good Bad Ugly’s teaser had opened to positive reception upon its release, making the film one of the most expected Tamil films to release this year.

Meanwhile, Good Bad Ugly is Ajith’s second release this year after Vidaamuyarchi, which is available for streaming on Netflix.
