The Good Bad Ugly teaser finally released, but the hype around the film has not yet died down. The makers of Ajith Kumar’s next, unveiled the teaser of the upcoming film on Friday, setting social media on fire. Apt to the title Good Bad Ugly, the teaser with a crisp runtime of under 90 seconds was not only packed with flavours of loud filmmaking but also showed Ajith Kumar in all interesting avatars!

But what is the cherry on the cake is how director Adhik Ravichandran, who is writing and directing the film, has decided to celebrate Ajith Kumar, as a fanboy and tucked in details and recalls in the teaser. Missed it? Here is us listing down for you.

Good Bad Ugly is an upcoming Tamil film starring actor Ajith Kumar in the lead role. The film is directed by Adhik Ravichandran, who is known to be a massive fan of Ajith Kumar. After sharing screen space with the actor in Nerkonda Paarvai, he will be directing the actor.

The teaser was released on Friday, followed by great reception. But what really stood out is how Adhik tucked in minute details and references of Ajith Kumar’s filmography. The teaser, which lasts for 89 seconds only shows Ajith Kumar from the main cast as we see him going all guns blazing, literally.

Just as the teaser starts, we are introduced to AK (yes, that's how Ajith Kumar is now known to his fans) as Red Dragon, perhaps a reference to the actor's old film from 2002, Red in which he played a rugged fellow. After being introduced as a violent person, we see the introduction shots from the car which says AK, and the number plate has 63, referring to Ajith's 63rd outing. We see a shot of Ajith clad in all-black suit, reminding one the days of Billa, while another shows a DARK lighting go off to only show AK. But the cherry on the cake is when Ajith chews something, as he gives a cold stare, resembling when he played a baddie in Vaalee. The teaser also makes him say 'Adhu', hand gestures from Vedalam and Attagaasam, and a clean-shaven look from Dheena.

With so much going on, Good Bad Ugly has instantly won the hearts of fans, who are awaiting to watch the film in theatres.

Good Bad Ugly release date out

Good Bad Ugly is all set to release on April 10 in theatres. The film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers, with GV Prakash scoring the music. It also stars Trisha, Arjun Das, Prasanna and others. It is shot by cinematographer Abinandhan Ramanujam with Vijay Velukutty editing it. Netflix has bagged the post-theatrical streaming rights of the film.
