GoodBye's The Hic Song: Rashmika Mandanna burns the dance floor in the new party anthem

The release of the trailer for the megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Mandanna film GoodBye has heightened fan frenzy. Following the release of the calming track, Jaikal Mahakal, from Amit Trivedi's composition, the film's creators have now released The Hic Song, the grooviest and happiest song of the year.

The song features Rashmika and her friends nailing their dance moves. The Hic Song is poised to become the season's party anthem and boasts the most captivating track, which music lovers will find themselves playing repeatedly. The new song for GoodBye, which is sung by Sharvi Yadav and written by Vikas & AT, also features choreography by Vijay Ganguly and an Amit Trivedi composition.

Rashmika comments on the song, stating that The Hic Song is an upbeat party number, brilliantly sung by Sharvi Yadav and composed by Amit Trivedi. It's so different from the songs she has previously recorded, and it's also her first party dance tune. The actor had a great time filming it, and she hopes the viewer enjoys it and dances along with her.

Earlier, while talking about her first meeting with Bachchan, Rashmika said at the trailer launch that on her birthday, when they began filming, she got to know him for the first time. The actor definitely recalls waiting for the megastar on this particular day because she wanted to say hello. He crossed her as she stood in the corner and then left.

Rashmika wanted to introduce herself, but Bachchan was naturally preoccupied with analysing the situation and deciding what to do and what not to do. After a few tense breaths, the actor entered and promptly introduced herself, saying, "Hey sir, I am Rashmika and I will be playing your daughter."

The touching story GoodBye, directed by Vikas Bahl, shows the Bhalla family's journey of coping with loss and subsequently being there for one another through the various turns of events.

GoodBye is scheduled for a worldwide cinematic release on October 7, 2022, and is produced by Ektaa R. Kapoor's Balaji Motion Pictures in collaboration with Good Co.
