Govinda Naam Mera: The trailer of Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Kiara Advani's film to be out on THIS date

The Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, and Kiara Advani starrer, which is written and directed by Shashank Khaitan, is all set to start streaming soon on Disney+ Hotstar. Producer Karan Johar has recently revealed that the forthcoming flick is not a casual comedy-drama but is packed with mystery, thriller and crime. The makers have now unveiled the release date of the much-awaited trailer.

On Friday, Johar revealed multiple posters from the film featuring Kaushal, Pednekar and Advani with a plot hint of the movie that says, "Plot twists that will leave you in a tizzy! Get ready because some masaledaar entertainment is coming straight to your home screens! #GovindaNaamMera streaming from 16th Dec, only on Disney+ Hotstar! (Sic)."

Meanwhile, today, the filmmaker shared a new poster announcing that the trailer is set to be out on Sunday, November 20.

On Wednesday, the makers dropped a fun and quirky promo video featuring KJo and Kaushal, where they can be seen discussing the film. The video sees how the filmmaker is convincing the ace actor to act in Govinda Naam Mera as he describes the characteristics of the lead role. 

To convince the actor more in the video, the filmmaker says, "There is a wide range is masala (movies). There's action, comedy, dance, drama and everything. I want to see #funvicky. 

Soon after that the Uri actor gets convinced and pleasantly overwhelmed at the same time.

Govinda Naam Mera is slated to stream on December 16 on Disney+ Hotstar.
