Sunita had encouraged Govinda to take up acting on OTT, but that is where the two had a major disagreement. "I had told him OTT would become big," she told Zoom, adding how when she asked him to transition to OTT, Govinda did not take her advice and thus, she stopped managing his career.

"I always tell Govinda that you are a legend star, aap 90s ke raja the," Sunita added. Being one of his biggest fans (like most of us), she reminded the actor about how kids dance to his songs till date. Sunita even pointed out how Govinda's contemporaries like Welcome actor Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff and Hera Pheri 2 star Suniel Shetty are still working in various projects.

Sunita blames 'bad company' for Govinda not making an acting comeback

Sunita blames bad company for Govinda sitting at home rather than working in movies. "The company and friends you are hanging out with are not saying what’s good for you, bas haan mein haan milaate hai," she complained. It is to be noted that after stepping away from acting, the 'Hero No 1' took up politics.

Further criticizing her husband, Sunita said that the actor needs to lose weight and start looking better to keep up with the times. She added that the 'friends' praise Govinda, which the actor loves to hear over the truth. "He has to do good films and choose good directors. He is lacking there," she added.

While there were speculations about the couple looking at divorce, Sunita has shunned the news too. In the same interview, she clarified that Govinda knows it is not worth it if he leaves her and his family for another woman
