Gram Chikitsalaya: Amol Parashar wakes up from 'Sweet Dreams' and reaches small town | Pics

Amol Parashar, recently seen in Sweet Dreams opposite Mithila Palkar, has now begun filming for his next web series - Gram Chikitsalaya. The actor was seen donning the small-town boy look for the show which gives out Panchayat (Jitendra Kumar's series) vibes so far. While the first photo is of him staring right into the camera during the shoot, the other pictures are all stills from the upcoming series. "#GramChikitsalayaOnPrime, Now Filming," Prime Video shared alongside the pictures.

Amol dons off-white pants, a brown jacket, an off-white shirt and a sweater for the show. He is also seen with a slight moustache, hair styled by gel and sunglasses over his sweater.

His dressing style remains similar even in another still from the series. This time he dons black pants and sweater over what appears to be a navy-blue shirt. This look appears in two stills - one where he is on a bike with two other men, and the other where he runs towards smog.

Vinay Pathak, Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor also part of Gram Chikitsalaya

Vinay Pathak and Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor are also a part of Gram Chikitsalaya. They appear in two different stills. Vinay is seen in grey pants, a brown sweater with a black coat and a shawl. He holds a bag, supposedly heading to or from an office.

Akanksha gets a solo appearance in the photos too. She is seen donning a brown sweater over what appears to be a red salwar kameez. She covers herself with a stoll. Donning a dusky skin, she adds a bindi and goes for an almost nude lip shade. Of course, the accessories, right from earrings to rings or bracelets are a bare minimum.

Gram Chikitsalaya will be available on Prime Video. The release date for the same is yet to be established.

Panchayat 4 in the works too

Interestingly, Jitendra Kumar’s Panchayat 4 made headlines just a day back. The show’s fourth installment is in the works (went on floors on October 29, 2024), and Jitendra has promised that the audiences would love to see his character Sachiv Ji even this time around. The release date for the very season also remains uncertain at this point.
