Bautista played the role of Drax, the slow yet fierce warrior who joined the Guardians of the Galaxy in the first movie back in 2014. The character received a lot of love from the religious MCU fans for his wits and dialogues.
Having played the character in the Guardians of the Galaxy movies and Avenger: Endgame, the actor has already announced that this will be his last appearance as Drax.
Drax is also reported to play a part in Taika Waititi’s upcoming movie, Thor: Love and Thunder starring Chris Hemsworth, but it is unclear how big a role he will have. Drax is also expected to appear in this year's The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special.
While the actor did not reveal which movie he has moved on to, it could be filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan’s upcoming project titled Knock at the Cabin, which is slated for a release next year.
