"At Prime Video, our goal has always been to create and present content that is as diverse as our audience. Our first courtroom drama, Amazon Original Guilty Minds, is an exciting new addition to our collection," said Aparna Purohit, Amazon Prime Video's Head of India Originals.
She shared that this is their first collaboration with Shefali Bhushan, the series' creator and director, who has depicted Indian courts in an honest and realistic manner through a range of relatable instances. And the actors' outstanding performances have brought the story to life, making Guilty Minds a very fascinating and compelling watch.
"For me, Guilty Minds is more than just a show about two successful lawyers who battle for justice and their clients. It encapsulates all I've learned about the law from my family. Growing up, the law was always a topic of conversation at my dinner table, and I've always been fascinated by it. As a result, I intended to give a realistic view of the court system, which Guilty Minds accomplish through the various cases it examines," Guilty Minds creator and director Shefali Bhushan remarked.
She added that for developing this series and displaying it to people throughout the world, she couldn't have found finer collaborators than Amazon Prime Video. Bhushan hopes the audience enjoys it as much as I enjoyed making it.
