Haati Haati Paa Paa: Rukmini Maitra announces a new journey

Rukmini Maitra plays a rough and tough cop Maya Khastogir in Srijit Mukherji’s Puja release Tekka. This film which also features Dev and Swastika Mukherjee in the lead, Rukmini’s acting was praised by the audience. Now, the actress starts her new journey with the poster of Haati Haati Paa Paa. 

The film Haati Haati Paa Paa is directed by Arnab Kumar Middya. Rukmini talked about this on social media. She shared the first look and wrote in the caption, “Embarking on a new journey soon, need all your love & support as always.” 

The poster shows waves on a sea beach. Salty water with white froths at one side and the yellow beach at the other. Two pairs of footsteps are seen. One belongs to an adult and another to a child. According to sources, the film is about a different kind of love. 

The director told Sangbad Pratidin that this was a love story but not between a man and a woman. This story rather talks about loving life. The director has been working for a long time with the script, keeping Rukmini in mind. Priyanka Poddar penned the story. 

The director said that Rukmini established herself as an actress. She has an innovative mind and gives constant suggestions. Arnab hopes to start the shooting in December. The film is to be released in the next summer.
